Directions to the Sportshall >>

Be present early enough to get kitted up and ready to play, have full kit and plenty of water with you (you will need it). The training schedule should be like this with minor variations:

Time Division

2015-2030 Horseplay time / getting ready2030-2040 Team warm-up / stretching2040-2130 Drills with occasional water breaks2130-2155 Scrimmage (dictionary definition: rough or disorderly struggle)We need to be out of the hall by 2200.

The length of the scrimmage will be dependent upon the general performanceand effort during the drills meaning if we have to repeat drills due tolaziness or stupidity then the scrimmage will obviously be delayed.
