21:00 - 22:30, Training is held at Gosport ice rink and is open to all players. The cost is usually £5 in order to cover the cost of hiring the rink.Social hockey training: Monday

12:30 - 14:00, Training is held at the Old Sports Hall at Southampton University.
Every other week, on even numbered weeks, the session finishes at 13:30 to allow for A & B squad inline training. This is week number 11.
